I have come to realise that these are sacrifices.. very sadly, a few of very very many, and very many still yet to come.. As I am becoming more aware, it appears to me that more and more are becoming more aware as well as going through tough, sometimes very tough times and/or are recounting and/or -living previous/old traumas. My understanding is that this is a good & positive development even though it may seem very hard at this time..
