Hi Finola, Hi Henri,

Thank you for agreeing to have a little chat like this. 
I found myself after nearly 20 wonderful years, with a truly wonderful team at Bobath in Glasgow, I found myself working just ‘on my tod’ now!
But you have decided to keep using my services and I just wanted to ask you why you’ve decided to do that (and not stay with Bobath Scotland)? Yeah..

Henri:
Do you want some help? (to Finola, who responded with a "yes")

Well Filip, you have an exceptional skill set. And I’ve always considered Finola’s Bobath therapy.. you have always been central to it, even when she went down south, to Portland College. You did the transition and you were in contact with the physios down there. Your skill set is second to none. And your.., the trust that Finola has, your relationship, enables Finola to do more, because of that trust. We do not want to lose you. We are sticking like glue..

Filip:
Is there anything else that you would like to share, maybe with others on this video?

Henri:
Well, I would like to say that I was extremely horrified of what happened.., in respect that there was dead silence and no information. So we consider, - although we have always been champions for Bobath.. and always will be, because of the therapy behind it, - we felt that we can no longer attend Cerebral Palsy Scotland.

And we are delighted that you are moving forward and you are going to continue with the exceptional services that you give.

We want to ensure that this message gets out to other cerebral palsy.. - but not only cerebral palsy..- anyone needing your services.

 

Filip:
And do you have any New Year’s resolutions? Well, kind of anticipating?

Henri:
I do. I am very interested, because as a carer I have to..  I am getting a little bit older. We creak a bit more. I would like to keep myself mobile. And I would be very interested in your yoga.

Filip:
Yes, we talked about that, didn’t we?

It is so important as a carer, as a parent that you stay in top form to be able to provide care for your children or for whoever that you are looking after.
So, yes.. You will be working hard!

That is my New Year’s resolution!
