In the meantime we are still awaiting any outcome from OSCR, The Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator, who promised to investigate Cerebral Palsy Scotland's conduct.
Now in the meantime, one very interesting development that has taken place is that the Board of OSCR has changed very significantly! And the most striking change is that Baroness Fraser of Craigmaddie or Stephanie Fraser, CEO of Cerebral Palsy Scotland, is no longer on the Board of OSCR. She was previously one of their six Board members. OSCR's Board seems to have changed dramatically and also has grown to eight members now.
These are the last currently available OSCR Board meeting minutes dating back from 25th October 2021 at which all then six Board members were present:
Only three of the previous members remained on Board i.e. the Interim Chair George Walker (who joined in April 2021 after resignation from the then chair, Lindsay Montgomery, together with another Board member, Professor Stuart Cross), the Deputy Chair Pat Armstrong and Jess(ica) Wade.
